Trauma Recovery - This technique is designed to embrace the conscious and the unconscious mind to promote healing from past trauma's and stuck emotional patterns that are stored physically, mentally and at a cellular level.  This service utilizes sound vibration through the use of Tuning Forks, Reiki and TFT/EFT to remove emotional attachments and restores balance.

Reiki - A Japanese technique used for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes emotional and physical healing through light, gentle touch.
Benefits of Reiki may include and are not limited to: reducing stress, relaxing the mind and body, clearing energy blocks to promote a natural balance and harmony between the mind, body and spirit, reduce inflammation, reduce anxiety, strengthen the immune system, aid in better sleep, reduces pain and can aid in weight loss.

Reiki Certification is offered through Group Classes as well as One on One. Please Call or Message the Office to set up.

Reiki Level 1 - Get certified to perform Reiki on yourself, friends, family and even your pets! It is a perfect way to increase your well being and personal healing journey.
Perfect for those who have anxiety, pain, sleep issues, or are an Empath or a Highly Sensitive Person.

Reiki Practitioner Level 2 - For those who would like to work in a professional environment and wish to charge for services. This level will also teach you how to perform distant healing.

Advanced Reiki Practitioner Level 3 - Become a Reiki Master and give yourself and your clients the highest level of healing. 

Reiki Master Teacher Level - This certification is for those who want to teach Reiki to others. This is taught over several months and given by request and taught one on one only (no group classes offered)

Sound Vibration Therapy/Tuning Fork Therapy -
Everything in life is energy. All energy has it's own vibrational frequency. When sound waves resonate with another energetic body; frequencies change. It is in this change where healing occurs. Tuning Forks have a proven positive affect on changing one's vibrational frequency.
